The transaction included the purchase of the main manufacturing facility including five tissue machines with annual capacity of 75,000 tons, the adjacent warehouse / distribution center and several pieces of converting equipment. Cellu Tissue's plan was to start all five machines immediately after the purchase and was successful in doing so.

Additionally, Cellu Tissue's plans for the converting equipment is to become a contract manufacturer in the facial tissue, bath tissue, kitchen towel and napking (including deep color) markets among other products.

With the addition of the Neenah facility, Cellu Tissue is positioned as one of the top five tissue producers in the United States with capacity in excess of 250,000 tons annualy and its continued commitment to quality products.
